She was born in Carroll County, Virginia to Dewey and Ettie Rippey. Margie worked as a cabinet maker for Marsh Furniture from which she retired after 25+ years of work.
Margie is survived by her daughter, Tonda Anderson; sister, Lera Payne; grandchildren, Brandy Kay Anderson, Cody Michael Anderson, and Johnathan Wayne Owens; great-grandson, Sammy Samuel Saligan Anderson; niece, Brenda Jenkins; and nephews, Gary, Donald, and Mark Payne. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Robert Wayne Calloway; great-grandson, Isaiah John Anderson; and brothers, Arles, Lloyd, Raymond, Howard, Junior, and Roy Rippey.
A Memorial Service will be held by the family at a later date.
