Pauline Fern Nichols Harvey, formerly a resident of Elmira, New York and Tampa, Florida, passed away on October 4th In Clearwater, Florida. She was born in Birchardville, Pennsylvania on September 24, 1925 and was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Cyril A. Harvey, her son Donald Harvey, her sister E June Nichols, and her grandson Gregory Harvey.
Pauline is survived by her daughter Kate (Carole) Harvey Jacobs, her son Gary Harvey, 13 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren.
She was employed by Sears Roebuck in Elmira, NY and Tampa FL for over 30 years. Her favorite pastimes included camping trips with her husband, playing accordion, gardening, socializing with her friends in Red Hats, and staying fit at the YMCA.
Some of her remains will be scattered near her old home town in Upstate New York, and the remainder will be interred in the Birchardville Church Cemetery along side her sister, mother, father, and grandmother.
