Dr James W. Sainsbury

James was born in Sharon, Pennsylvania, however, spent the latter years of his life in Florida as a retired and unretired Endodontist. His passions and hobbies included cars, carpentry and teaching, but most importantly spending time with his friends and family. One thing is fore sure, if the weather was nice you’d find him smoking a cigar in the beautiful Florida sun.

He is survived by his wife, Andrea Sainsbury of Palm Harbor, FL; sister Kathleen Sainsbury of Gibsonia, PA; two sons Dr. James T. Sainsbury of Arden, NC, Dr. William L. Sainsbury of Odessa, FL; daughter Melissa L. Sainsbury of Virginia Beach, VA and six grandchildren, Eva, Erin, Ethan, Sean, Melina and Leland.

A visitation for James will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and a funeral service will follow from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 2853 SUNSET POINT RD, CLEARWATER, FL 33759. A committal service will occur Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park with a celebration of life to follow.
