He was born in Racine, Wisconsin on September 21, 1940. He was married to Betty Jane on June 3,1961 at the age of 21. Allen served his country in the United States Air Force, and had a career in Engineering for Florida Power. He was a member of Kiwanis, St. Paul's Methodist, a member of the Pin-MAR Antique Car Club, and a lifelong NRA member. He had a passion for classic cars, his family, and spending time at his cabin in the North Carolina mountains.
He is survived by his lovely wife Betty Jane, his children Todd A. Suban, Scott C. Suban, and his grand daughter Holly Suban.
A graveside service for Allen will be held Thursday, November 21, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, 2860 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759.
Following the graveside service will be a celebration of life from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
