She is survived by her son, John William Caldwell; a daughter, Kelly Smith; mother, Evelyn F. Sample; brothers, Steven Sample and Thomas Sample; grandchildren, Trey Smith, Kevin Smith, Nicolas Smith, Kristen Linn, Kenny Linn, Brittany Helms, Brad Snow, Bryant Caldwell (Erica) and Jake Caldwell; great grandchildren, Landan Linn, Noah Linn, Grayson Linn, Cameron Caldwell, and Leben Caldwell.
