A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held 2:00 PM Friday, October 11, 2024 in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Stephenson officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the funeral home, prior to the service.
She was born in Johnston County on February 18, 1958 to the late Lloyd Barbour and the late Mavis Gray Whaley Barbour. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Jerry Barbour and father-in-law Bobby Ray House.
Sandra enjoyed spending time at the beach and helping care for granddaughter who was her pride and joy.
She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Jeff House; children, Melissa House Wilder (Nathan); grandchildren, Karleigh Beth Wilder; brothers and sisters, Teresa Crabtree (Kelly), Jennifer Mcnichol (Duke), Jeanine Holder (Benny) and Johnny House (Sherry); and nieces and nephews.
