David Carl Lisk, 74, passed away Friday, March 24, 2017 at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Monday in the Chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home with interment to follow at Knollwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1 until 2:00pm. He is survived by his wife; Leila S. Lisk, son; Scott Lisk and his wife Michele of Linesville, PA, daughters; Gwyn Ciecierski and her husband James of Murrysville, PA, Lisa Lisk of Clayton, NC, grandchildren; Amanda, Brayden, Connor, Christian, Elaina, John, Marissa and Ashley.
