Betty Ann Crowder Pollard

Betty Ann Crowder Pollard, 76, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2015. A native of Johnston County, Betty was born March 15, 1939 to the late Garland and Julia Pilkington Crowder. Visitation will be held at Garner Church of God, 2208 Benson Road, Garner, NC 27529, on Sunday June 7, 2015 from 3-4pm. Funeral Service will follow at 4pm with Reverends J. Dan Hudson and J.D. Hudson officiating. A graveside service will be held Monday, June 8, 2015 at 11am at Knollwood Memorial Park, 12830 US HWY 70 Business West, Clayton, NC 27520. She is survived by her husband, Steve Pollard; daughter, Melody Pollard Johnson and husband, Aaron Johnson; granddaughter, Allison Stevens and husband, Jake and granddaughter Amanda Capps and husband, Brandon; great grandson, Wade Stevens; sisters, Joyce Lamm, of Four Oaks, Johnnie Brown (Don), of Archdale, Connie Jones, of Willow Spring, Laura Sealey (Pete), of Clayton, Billie Radford (R.D.), of Disputanta, VA, and Carol Barefoot, of Raleigh; brother, Larry Crowder (Kim), of Angier; sister-in-law, Joyce Crowder, of Clayton; and brother-in-law, T.G. Ennis, of Angier. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her siblings Judy Crowder, Ray Crowder, Eva Ennis, and Margaret Ward.
