Robert "Bob" Juarros, born December 1, 1932, in Oakland, California, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2024, in Carmichael, California, at the age of 91. Bob was a loving son, brother, husband, father, stepfather, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
A standout athlete from a young age, Bob made his mark on the football field at San Juan High School, where he was celebrated as a skilled running back and middle linebacker. Bob chose a path of service and hard work, attending American River College and dedicating many years to the Southern Pacific Railroad as a journeyman electrician. He settled in the suburbs of Sacramento, where he lived for sixty years.
A man of faith, Bob's devotion to his church and community was unwavering. He found joy in life's simple pleasures, from puzzles to ice cream sundaes, and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was known for his hard-working nature, dedication to his family and faith, and playful sense of humor.
Bob's legacy will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
