Alexander James Milne, “AJ,” passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 23rd, 2024. He was a strong, resilient young man who had endured many challenges and hardships in his 20 years, including being left a paraplegic with chronic pain when he was a victim of gun violence on Memorial Day of 2024. AJ always focused on the positive in every situation, especially cheering others with his wonderful sense of humor – silly voices and facial expressions, physical comedy, impressions, or delighting to find the absurd or ironic in day-to-day life. He made friends easily and was deeply loyal and loving. He loved animals and was adored by his dog, named Money. AJ will be dearly missed by his father, Kenneth Milne, Jr. of Florence, OR, his mother and sister, Jennifer Christie and Sophia Christie of Citrus Heights, CA, his half-brother, Ken Milne of Minnesota, Grandmother Vaughn Christie of Roseville, his aunts, uncles and cousins, his girlfriend, Nakayla Bell, and his many friends all in the Sacramento area. May you rest in peace, our AJ, you will forever be in our hearts
