She retired from Krogers, CVS, and Sharffs. Janice was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She enjoyed John Wayne movies, all things Elvis, and OSU football. She also enjoyed traveling especially to Williamsburg, Virginia.
Aside from her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Herbert; daughter, Kathy Young; grandchildren Brian Boesiger, and Jordyn Boesiger; brother, Gary Lee Coates, sister, Joyce Schwalbauch.
She is survived by children, Daryl (Dianne Radcliffe) Hardy of Frankfort and Jodi (Jeff) Boesiger of Circleville; grandchildren Jeremy (Megan) Brooks, Kaylee (Christian) Hardy, Josh (Jess) Boesiger, Jill Mayer and Becky, Megan, Brianna and Rachel; great-grandchildren, Tucker, Brynleigh, Emmitt, Buck, Mackenzie, Campbell, Lyle and Trapper; sister, Taska Reeser and her two grandchildren Jenna and Lauren; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Defenbaugh Wise Schoedinger. There will be no visitation or services, per Janice’s wishes. Memorial contributions may be made to Dementia Society of America PO Box 600, Doylestown, PA 18901.
