Carmenza married the love of her life, Carlos Carcache. They were blessed with a forty-five year marriage and three children; Henry, Mary and Carlos Jr.
Carmenza's passion in life was travelling abroad with Carlos. They visited various cities in South America, Central America, Europe and the Holy Land. When at home, Carmenza enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchild. She was a devoted church attendee, never missing an opportunity to go to mass. Other hobbies Carmenza enjoyed were sewing and crocheting.
Carmenza was predeceased by her spouse Carlos and son Carlos Jr. She is survived by son Henry, daughter Mary, daughter in law Gloria, son in law Larry, granddaughter Stephanie Snider and great grandson Wesley Robertson.
A visitation for Carmenza will be held Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 5:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m at Funeraria del Angel Chula Vista, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91910. A funeral mass will occur Friday, February 22, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1120 Cuyamaca Ave, Chula Vista, CA 91911. A procession will follow to La Vista Memorial Park, 3191 Orange St., National City, CA 91950 where she will be laid to rest next to her spouse Carlos.
