Born on April 26, 1919, in Ameca, Jalisco, she was raised by her loving parents. She later met her true love, Isaias Tamez Arenas, in Downtown, San Diego. At the age of thirty, they married in Yuma, Arizona. After fifty years of marriage she was predeceased by her husband Isaias and they are now reunited.
Ana Maria devoted herself to being a full-time mother and housewife. She was a very strong loving Christian woman, who enjoyed spending quality time with her loved ones. Some of her hobbies and interests included reading the Bible, attending church, sewing, crocheting, and making delicious unforgettable family recipes that have been passed on to her children. Ana Maria was known to go great lengths to meet her family's needs. She is survived by her six siblings, five daughters, fourteen grandchildren, and twenty-one great grandchildren.
Ana Maria spent her last moments with loved ones, before she was called upon by our Heavenly Father. She is now rejoicing in heaven and is our guardian angel who will continue to look upon us.
