Emilio is survived by his daughter Rosaura Saenz Lopez, son Joseph G. Saenz, and daughter Sandie Rice. His granddaughter Michelle Tedesco, grandson Gabriel Saenz, granddaughter Marcie Graham, grandson Robert Rice Jr., grandson Mathew Rice, grandson Jacob Rice, granddaughter Emily Rice, granddaughter Selina Saenz, and grandson Lewis Saenz.
Emilio was preceded in death by his wife Guadalupe Saenz; his son Emilio G. Saenz.
Emilio also leaves behind 10 great-grandchildren.
A memorial mass for Emilio will be held Friday, July 29, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady Of Guadalupe Shrine, 1321 El Paso St., San Antonio, TX 78207. A reception will occur.
