As Katy's sister, what a joy it is to find this web site!  I pray to Katy every day and she has helped me with many gifts of grace.  Of course I am counting on her generosity that i saw so much of while she lived here.

Katy taught me many things.  She held firmly to what she believed in a beautiful depth of faith.  She had a lightness of heart that came from her love of God.  

She leavened her life with humor.  She could be so funny!  I always looked forward to getting together with her.

I count myself blessed to have the memory of such a dear sister.

I am John Casey, one of Doreen's brothers. She was a delight to me with her common sense approach to life and quick wit.

She lived not far from me, and we would "hang out" from time to time. Often she would bring her crayons and coloring book and watch TV with me. 
I thank you all for your kind messages.  I loved her dearly.

Doleen Casey exemplified what a Nurse is. She was a reliable, hard worker, always there when she was called upon and NEVER practiced the hiarchy belief than RNs were somehow better than LVN's. She respected each member of the team. She will sorely be missed here and welcomed in Heaven. RIP, my friend! Say hello to the many friends who have gone before you!I was blessed to know you!

Doreen Casey RN was a very special person, she will be greatly missed. I loved working with her. Doreen was a talented nurse and just a sweet soul. What a wonderful spirit she had. Doreen had a wonderful sense of humor, and such a loving heart.

I had the privledge of knowing And working with RN Casey for many yrs. At times I could not have done it without her.She was one of the most caring and compassionate persons  that I have known. God Bless You Casey!

Aunt Katie is truly a saint. She had such a humble and joyful presence. She lived a life of service and was fearless! She's a defender of the unborn and now praying for those little lives from heaven where she longed to be.

Doreen was a member of the St. Paul's Women's Fellowship. We will all miss her.

I met Doreen this year at Women's Fellowship at St. Paul the Apostle.   I often told my husband about this wonderful women with such a love for the Lord.  She touched my life for the short time I knew her.

Doreen Casey will be greatly missed by all that knew her or those of us that were blessed enough to have met her.
