With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Delores Blackerby, born February 16, 1951. Delores passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Sunday, November 10, 2024. As devoted mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend, she touched the lives of everyone she met with her boundless love and selflessness.
Delores dedicated her life to helping others, always putting the needs of her family and friends before her own. Her greatest joy came from her cherished babies (even those from many years ago when working at A.H. Watwood). She would do anything to ensure their happiness and well-being. Her warm smile, gentle spirit, and unwavering support will be profoundly missed.

She is proceeded in death by her father, William "Bill" Travis; mother, Geraldine Travis; and her beloved husband, ROnald Blackerby.
As we celebrate her life, we carry forward her legacy of kindness and compassion, forever inspired by the love she so generously shared with anyone and everyone. Mom, Nanny, Aunt-Dee--You will live in our hearts forever. We love you.
