Born February 18, 1951, in Las Marias, Puerto Rico. Beloved wife of the late Ronald Louis Casacchia; “Mama Bear” of Christopher (partner Renee Garcia) Casacchia and Anthony (Nila Sejdaras) Casacchia; devoted step-mom to Janet, Scott, and Ronald; proud grandmother and “Mimo” of Dominic, Alexander, and Valentina Casacchia.
Dear sister and best friend of Ramona Sanchez, William (Wei) Cuevas, and Louis Cuevas. Loving aunt and “Mina” to Joshua, David, Jessica, and Jennifer. Daughter of the late Carmen (Julio) Rivera Soto and Daniel Rodriguez.
Friend to all she met; fabulous cook, loyal, supportive, welcoming, generous, kind, caring. Fiercely proud Puerto Rican and Chicagoan. Lived life to the fullest.
