Leon Robert Skudlarek, 88, of Chicago, IL passed away on December 12, 2024. He was born in Chicago, IL on January 17, 1936 to Leo and Claire (nee Borski) Skudlarek. He worked for WM Wrigley Jr. Company in the payroll department for his entire professional career and retired at 62. He is survived by his loving sister Nataline (Carl) Glatz, his beloved nieces and nephew Sheryl (Jimmy) Bice, Brian (Chris) Skudlarek, Candice Glatz and Tracey (Michael) Dugger, and many cherished great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Ken Skudlarek and his nephews Keith (Patty) Skudlarek and Eric Skudlarek.
A visitation will be held on Friday, December 20 from 9:30 am – 10 am at Holy Child Jesus Parish, 2324 West Chase Street, Chicago, IL 60645 with the funeral Mass to begin at 10 am. Burial will follow at St. Henry Cemetery where he will be laid to rest next to his parents and brother.
