Eugene R. Jasionowski, 80, of Chicago passed away Monday September 8, 2014 at his home. Born in Chicago on Saturday December 30, 1933 to Dominick and Marie (née Slisz) Jasionowski. Beloved husband of Phyllis née Grippo; devoted father of Gene, Glenn and Anna Marie (Scott) Davis; cherished grandfather of Gina (Justin) Bartlett, Tiffany, Natalie, Noelle and Nicholas; loving great grandfather of Joey and Giselle; fond uncle and great uncle of many nieces and Nephews. Visitation Wednesday September 10, 2014 from 3-9pm at The Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home 6901 W. Belmont Ave Chicago where a service will be held at 8:30pm. Cremation Private.
