Elsie Rosa, age 75, of Chicago, Illinois was born in Maricao, Puerto Rico on July 4, 1949, and passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. Elsie was the beloved wife of the late Hector Noel Rosa; most loving mother of Jason Noel Rosa, Brenda (Francisco) Naut, and Marilyn (Omar Valdez) Rosa; adoring grandmother of Francisco Naut Jr., Brianna Naut, Giovanni Noel, Jeremiah Noel, Jairemeh Rosa, Alekei Pedro, and Anjolie Brielle; dear daughter of the late Ismael Ortiz Fernandez & Maria Suarez Ortiz; beloved sister of Haydee, Irma, Norma, Zaida, Iraida, Rodolfo, Yilda, Lynet, the late Ismael Jr., Daniel, and Nereida; unforgettable aunt; caring cousin; and fond friend of many.
