Douglas Philip Johnson, age 80, of Hometown, Illinois passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2023. Loving husband of 59 years to Jean Johnson; Beloved Father to Janet Perryman, Julie Buczek, Jamie Johnson, and Joseph Johnson; Cherished Grandfather to Brad (Michelle) Perryman, Chris (Heather) Perryman, Veronica Johnson and Kyle Buczek. Great-Grandfather to Cameron, Carter, Dominic, and Hunter.
Friends and family will gather for a memorial service being held for Doug on Saturday, April 8th, 2023 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, with a chapel service beginning promptly at 10:30 am at Andrew J.
