Loving dad of Kyle Daley; cherished brother of Arthur Stovall; fond uncle, cousin, friend of many. Preceded in death by his wife of 18 years, the late Merlita Stovall. Darnell was a United States Navy veteran of the Vietnam War . He was a longtime employee of the Chicago Transit Authority.
