Charles Smith, 84, of Chicago passed away on October 23, 2021. Charles was preceded in death by his two beloved wives, Mary Jane nee Zwick and Antoinette Marie nee Klebosky. His five children survive him (by order of age) Julie (Scott) Goldstein, Jerry (Jennifer) Smith, Joe Klebosky, Paul (Michele Casey) Smith, and John Klebosky. He is also survived by his two grandchildren Emily Grace Smith and Matthew Alexander Smith. He was also preceded in death by his sister Anita Szymszak and his brother Richard Smith. Visitation to be held at Drake and Son Funeral Home, 5303 North Western Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60625 on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 10am to 12noon. A chapel service will follow at the funeral home at noon. Services will conclude with a committal service at Saint Boniface Catholic Cemetery, 4901 North Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois 60640.
