Rascal was a member of Westside Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed helping people, telling people about Jesus and wood working. Rascal worked in sales and was self-employed.
Rascal was preceded in death by father Clarence Brown, Sr.; mother JoAnn Rowe Brown; brother Rickey Pell, Sr.
Rascal is survived by his wife Annette Brown; children Dillion Brown, Dalton Brown, Jackie ( Brandon) Hughes and Kimberly ( Amanuel) Farrow; grandchildren Noah Long, Kaden Hughes, Zoee Sump, Chase Mayes and Charlie Hughes; siblings Elizabeth ( William) Childs and Dorris Queen; nieces and nephews Scooter ( Ann) Pell, Joshua ( Cheyenne) Pell, Daniel ( Christy) Nicholson, Christina, Angela ( Salvador) Tova; other great and great great nieces and nephews; friends Ethan, Brian, Sam and Matt; so many, we can't name.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 8 ,2024 at 11:00 am at Westside Missionary Baptist Church, 568 Pollard Road, Ringgold, GA 30736 with Pastor Billy Vineyard officiating.
