Born in Seoul, South Korea, Chang was a strong and vibrant woman who touched the lives of many. A successful hairstylist, Chang owned and operated several thriving salons throughout her career. She was passionate about her work and made a connection with her clients to ensure they looked beautiful, and felt renewed, every time they visited. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Chang was a devout Christian and a faithful member of the Evangelical Layman’s Church. She had a heart for spreading the Gospel and sharing the love of Jesus Christ with others.
Chang is survived by her loving husband, John Conrad Sanford, and her cherished son, Jonathan Sanford, both of Chattanooga, TN.
There will be no visitation or services at the funeral home.
A celebration of life will be held at the Sanford family home in Chattanooga at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Evangelical Layman’s Church.
