I lived down the street from Bobby.  I remember riding our bikes together and playing football with Bob and Daniel. We were the best of friends. Very sad to know that Bob passed away. I will miss him . I lost a brother and a friend.  Eletha P. Gilbreath.  (SHUG)

I can’t believe it’s already been a year since you left us. I still think about you often. A song will come on and take me back to a moment we shared, or a memory of something crazy you did that made me laugh will pop up out of nowhere. I really miss you Bobby. I know Todd does too. You were our best friend. I remember how all three of us would sit in my room and just talk and laugh for hours. I miss those times. We were the three musketeers. It will never be the same without you. You’re dearly missed, and I will forever have a place in my heart that belongs only to you. I’m heart broken to find Bobby has passed. My deep and sincere condolences to his family and friends. 

I loved Bobby like a brother. We have all got our troubles. Some more than others. But when Bobby Ray was at his best they was no one greater to have around. Bobby was loyal no matter what situation or difficulties he faced. Most people who seem to have it all together but change when hit with adversity. Bobby stayed the same and stuck to his beliefs   .I always loved you brother and will have a place in my thoughts 

We are very sorry to hear of our good friend’s passing. He was our best friend. Todd saw him as his brother. We will miss him tremendously, and will forever have a missing place in our lives where he once was. To his dad, we are truly sorry for your loss. We love you Bobby, always.

I'm Karen Belcher, Randy Belcher mother Randy and Bobby were very close friends and have been for many many years Randy's very sad and over Bobby's loss he thought a lot of him Bobby they were very close friends and loved each other as brothers Bobby was always very nice and polite when he would come by the house to check on Randy if he hadn't seen him in a while we will all Miss Bobby Ray and we're praying for you and your family

Well, what can I say. Bob was my best friend as a child. After the accident in 1990, we drifted far apart. I saw him throughout the years, running into him at various places but it has been a long time since those days. I knew he was dealing with things and often wished that when we were much older and both of us grew into being men that we would sit down together and have a very deep conversation but now.....it just saddens me in my core. I have always respected Bob Sr. as I have great memories of him playing basketball and football with us allowing us to invade his home almost daily. Daniel has always been a great memory for me as well. Good times. So many of us are leaving this world too early. Bobby Dale...you will be missed. Rest easy now....

For Pop-- As you know I loved Bobby with all my heart as you have done. I last saw him and had a great visit with him a few months ago at the ice cream parlor on Hwy 58. I have many memories of him through the years-- always respectful and kind with an easy laugh and a great sense of humor.  We both tried very hard to lovingly provide care and guidance for him. Blessings to you--we talked about your devotion during our last visit.  My heart is sad this morning but I have prayed for Bobby nightly and he now can rest in peace. Much love and prayers to you.   

The Rays were like family for years Nana. Gray Gray, Linda, Danny, Aaron, Zach, Ryan, Bobby , Bobby Dale and all of the Rays. The memories of basket ball games and 4th of July will forever be with me. Bobby Dale will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Ray family.
