William P. Tomko

Born and raised in Beaver Township, he was preceded in death by his parents, William and Anna (Bloschock) Tomko, his beloved wife, Cathie, and several siblings.

He leaves behind 4 children: Deborah Stenz, Philip Tomko, Christine Vigneault, Diane Jacob and their mother, Rosemarie Tomko along with 4 step children: Angel Leon, Joey Morano, Missy Rutherford, Christopher Morano plus many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is survived by his siblings Marcella Garrison, Marie Roadarmel, and Anthony Tomko.

William was known as a hard worker, and as a very young man he was responsible for building his parent’s home. This love of construction led to him being self-employed in roofing & construction for his entire life. He was someone who loved to tell and hear a good joke. Although William lived in several states throughout his life, his heart was always in Pennsylvania where he had hoped to live out the rest of his days.

A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held in his honor this summer in the Bloomsburg area. Details will be forthcoming.
