I so miss my friend...I can't tell you the number of times I have picked up my phone to call her since her passing only to remember.  We had many good times working together at Matthews Elementary in the good old days.  Our book club we had together one year was a particular favorite of mine.  John, I so appreciate you keeping me informed of Sandy's condition.  I do know from our talks that she loved you deeply, and her family was everything to her.  God bless the Carriker family now and always.  Sandy was a true and faithful friend, and I treasured our friendship.

We are so very sorry to hear about Sandy.  We enjoyed our times together in the Corvette Club and will miss seeing her in the crowd along the Matthews Alive Parade route.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

My deepest sympathy to all of you. I am so sorry for your loss. I am sorry that I did not have the pleasure of knowing Sandy or her family; however, her mother, Billie, was my first cousin.  Therefore, we are second cousins, I think!  Most of Sandy's Aunts and Uncle were older than I, so , our families really did not get to know each other as I wish we could have. Sandy was a warm and gracious person, well liked by all who knew her.  I    considered her...and all the Carrikers... to be "family". I almost hired her many years ago, and would have had we not gotten a sudden transfer from another state who filled the position. We are so sorry to have missed the funeral..had to take Chris to the ER, by ambulance, the evening before and spent the day of the funeral there undergoing tests. So very sorry about Sandy.

May the Carriker and Crump families be blessed with comfort and peace at this very difficult time.

I am sorry to learn of Sandy's death.  Sandy was always so kind to my children at the Sardis nursery.  I have fond memories of dropping off three of my four with her on Wednesday evenings.  She always greeted them warmly and had such a sweet voice.  My prayers go out to the family.

May God bless and comfort you all in your time of sorrow. Sandy was a joy to everyone when she was in our work place at Chick-fil-A.  She will be truly missed.  Our prayers are with you.

Carriker Family-  We send our condolences to you.  Sandy was my son, Matt Idol's, kindergarten teacher years ago at Matthews Elementary.  And John and Sandy were also his worship orientation sponsors a year later at Sardis Presbyterian. Matt is now a senior at Clemson University. We were so blessed to have known and been blessed by Sandy. I am so sorry for your loss.  We will always remember her with love.

We shared so many happy times and dinners together.  You loved your family, church, and Lord.  I will miss talking about our Disney adventures!  I can still hear your beautiful laugh!  Peace and Love to you John, I know you never left Sandy's side.

I worked with Sandy while teaching at Matthews Elementary from 2000-2006.  I will forever remember her kindness to me and her sweet stories of her grandson Jack.  I can still hear her laughter and see her big loving smile as she talked about him.  I know she also was very devoted and loved her husband and son too.  She was always kind to me and I loved talking with her.  We even went to a Mary Kay makeover together at Donna Purez's house.  I remember picking her up from her house and taking her over to get our makeup done.  She loved the satin hands!  We giggled and shared a happy evening that I have so fondly remembered.  She was so sweet to me and we went to lunch on many occaisons during the workday's at school.  I will forever be greatful to her for encouragement, and for her sharing such a sweet spirit with me.  I know the loss is huge to your family and I send much sympathy.  I now live in WV, and can not attend the service, but please know my thoughts and prayers are with you.  To her son:  My husband and I purchased the crib from you back in 2005 for our son Alex.  I remember little Jack and seeing his car bed and him running all around. I don't know if you remember us, but your mom helped me a lot during my pregnancy and after my son was born.  She always shared how much she loved you and sweet Jack.  I'm sure he is grown and will miss his grandma greatly.  My thoughts and prayers are always with your family!

My best to the family.  Wish us cousins stayed in touch better over the years.  We all had such fun running around at the Mundy family functions.  Sandy use to babysit us a lot. As a matter of fact Donna told me that Sandy met John who was the paper boy in our neighborhood during that time. Just a little trivia to share.  Guess Sandy's love for working with children started way back in those early babysitting years.  I also just realized she shares the same birthday as my son Ryan.  My thoughts are with her family at this time.

Having gone to school with Sandra and growing up closeby, Sandra and I were friends in Jr & High School. Sandra was always a kind and caring person.  The world is a better place because of having her in it. Please accept my deepest sympathy. I pray for all of the family as you go through this time of grief.
