Ruby J. Davis (91) of Matthews, NC passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2024. She was born on December 5, 1932 to the late Leck and Frankie Jackson.
Ruby was a devout Christian and her faith was a cornerstone of her life.
She is survived by her brother Carl Lee Jackson (Marilyn), sisters-in-law Gloria C. Davis, Wanda Jackson and Linda Godwin (Doug), brothers-in-law Graham (Frances) and Mitchell (Pat) along with many nieces and nephews.
Ruby was preceded in death by her husband Roger, son Neal, brothers Ray and Don and brother-in-law Doug Davis.
A graveside service will be held at 10am on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at Sharon Memorial Park located at 5716 Monroe Road in Charlotte.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 301 South Davidson Street, Charlotte NC 28202.
