Rebecca was preceded in death by her father, Calvin Miller.
She is survived by her husband, Jack Harold Hurst; her daughter, Sarah Brooks (Angel); her son, Andrew Hurst; her mother, JoNeil Pierce; and her step-sisters, Cathy Cartmill and Patty Pierce.
Rebecca was born in Charlotte, NC. She graduated from East Mecklenburg High School and attended Central Piedmont Community College where she graduated with an Associates Degree.
Rebecca was a devoted mother and wife who loved spending time with her husband, Jack.
A memorial service is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16th, 2020 at 6:00pm at McEwen Funeral Service - Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews Mint Hill Rd. Mint Hill, NC 28227. Visitation will follow the service.
