A committal service will occur Friday, August 5, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Forest Lawn West Cemetery, 4601 Freedom Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208. A funeral service will occur Friday, August 5, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 4601 Freedom Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208.
