Janice Winn Shultz, 68 passed away peacefully, Thursday, December 19, 2024 after a period of declining health. Janice was born, August 23, 1956 to Troy and Ruth Winn in Charleston, SC. She was a graduate of Hanahan High School and attended Charleston Southern, formerly know as The Baptist College. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of First Baptist Charlotte.
Mrs. Shultz was preceded in death by her husband Merle E. Shultz, Jr. and her parents.
Survivors include brother Dr. Troy Winn, Jr and wife Sarah of Moncks Corner, SC and sister Kelly Keith and husband James of Creedmoor, NC. Nieces: Maranda Winn, Ramsey Winn and Lacy Winn, all of Moncks Corner, SC and a nephew Justin Keith and wife Melissa of Durham, NC and eight great nieces and nephews. Also, her longtime friend Marsha O’Brien.
