Huong Thi Phan, age 75, of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2023.
A visitation for Huong will be held Tuesday, September 26, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Forest Lawn West Funeral & Cremation Service, 4601 Freedom Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208, followed by a funeral service from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
