Eileen graduated from Belmont Abbey College with a degree in Education. She was a teacher at St. Ann Catholic School, where she taught fourth grade. Eileen loved her students and co-workers, especially the "fab-five".
Eileen enjoyed cooking, trying new recipes for her family and friends.
Eileen is survived by her husband, Richard; beloved daughter, Lindsay; brothers, Jimmy and Brian; and her nephews, Brian and John; and niece, Emelyn.
A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 pm on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at McEwen Funeral Service Pineville. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 in the Sanctuary of St. Matthew Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Ann Catholic Church.
