Deborah Ann Grant

Deborah was born in Charlotte, NC, on the 4th of March 1955, the oldest of three children to Lytha Goforth Grindstaff and the late Willie Jay Grindstaff. She worked as an administrative assistant at Durham Memorial Baptist Church for 29 years where she also was a member.

Deborah is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Dale Grant; her three children: Amanda Grant Conner (Terry) of Kings Mountain, NC; Heather Grant Cantrell (David) of Spartanburg, SC; and Adam Grant (Shannon) of Charlotte, NC; her mother, Lytha G. Grindstaff. Her six grandchildren who were the light of her life: Cooper Broome, Grace Cantrell, Jackson Grant, Levi Grant, Shelby Grant, and Everly Cantrell; her two brothers: Keith Grindstaff (Charlene) and Mike Grindstaff (Debbie).

A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, the 13th of December, 2022 in the Paul Helton Chapel at Forest Lawn West Funeral Service.
