David Palmer of Charlotte, NC died suddenly and unexpectedly at Presbyterian Hospital on April 19, 2020. He was preceded in death by his mother Jo-Dene Burke Palmer. He is survived by his wife Sharyn R. Palmer of the home; daughter Megan Palmer of Gastonia; father Stephen Palmer and partner, Pam LaMonica of Bluffton, SC; sister Corrine Greer (husband Ed), children Carter and Carson of Ridgeland, SC; and brother Aaron Palmer (wife Sarah) and daughter Jodene of Spencer, MA.
David was born and raised in Buffalo, NY, where he graduated high school before moving to North Carolina. Best friends with his wife, they enjoyed spending time together each day, traveling to the mountains and coast, and trying new restaurants. David was a foodie at heart, loved to cook, and worked most of life in the restaurant industry. Nature, being outdoors and beautifying his yard were a source of peace for him. His creative and curious personality inspired him to try new things and emboldened him to attempt many projects for which he had no qualifications. David was a longsuffering Buffalo Bills fan, loved meeting new people, and absolutely adored and enjoyed spending time with his daughter. As he is missing his family, so he will be missed by them!
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2020 at Sharon Memorial Park beginning at 12pm.
