Clay E. Robinson, 85, went to be with The Lord on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. He was born to the late Earl J. and Eunice M. Robinson in Brushy Mountain, NC on July 21, 1933.
Clay retired from Kmart after 27 year of service and previously was a long haul truck driver for 20 years.
Clay is preceded in death by his loving wife of 65 years, Margaret C. Robinson; Daughter Valerie Robinson. He is survived by children Pamela (Greg) Chance and Rhonda (Greg) Farmer; grandchildren Brandon (Christina), Amber, Cory, Ashlee and Clay; great grandchildren Samantha, Luke, Hayden and Alanna; brother Bobby Dean (Mildred) Robinson; sister Phyllis Folse.
Visitation will take place at McEwen Funeral Service, 5716 Monroe Road, Charlotte on Monday, February 11, 2019 beginning at 11:00am. Funeral Service will follow at 12:00pm. Interment will take place at Sharon Memorial Park.
