She was born December 25, 1926 in Monroe, NC, the daughter of Hoyle Pressley and Elizabeth Keziah Pressley. Christine enjoyed quilting and was a member of South Charlotte Baptist Church.
A service to celebrate the life of Christine will be held January 22, 2019 at 12:00 pm at McEwen Pineville Chapel,10500 Park Road in Charlotte. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn East Cemetery in Weddington, NC.
Christine was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Furman Alton Neely, Jr., and her daughter, Linda Neely Kerr. Survivors include her daughters, Dianne Neely of Indian Land, SC and Christal Lane Turner and husband Dean of Powhatan, VA.
