Andrew Hull, 28, of Charlotte passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2011 at Carolinas Medical Center in Pineville, NC. He will always be remembered as a wonderful and loving son, brother, cousin and friend to all who knew and loved him.

He was born in Charlotte, NC on March 25, 1983 to Len and Lynne Hull. He attended South Mecklenburg High School and then received an Associate’s Degree from Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute. Andy has worked for many years in the Restaurant Industry in Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk, NC as well as in Frankfort, KY. He was currently employed at Longhorn Steakhouse. Favorite moments for Andy were spending time with family and friends, snow skiing, hiking and camping as well as watching football with those whom he loved.

Survivors include his parents Len and Lynne Hull of Charlotte, NC; a sister Whitney and her husband Sage Fulton of Charlotte, NC; maternal grandparents CV and Ruby Pearce of Charlotte; paternal grandmother Harriet E. Hull also of Charlotte, NC; aunts and uncles Lee and Doug Tolar of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; Mark and Susan Pearce of Weddington, NC and Ed and Harriet Penninger of Mint Hill, NC; beloved cousins Meredith and Lauren Tolar, Caroline and Taylor Pearce and William (Angie) and Josh Penninger. Andrew was preceded in death by his grandfather William Leonard Hull Sr. in 1995.

A Memorial Service will be at 12:00 pm Noon on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at Third Presbyterian Church, 4019 Central Ave., Charlotte, NC 28205 with Rev. Jay Weigel officiating. The family will receive friends from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at McEwen Funeral Service Pineville Chapel, 10500 Park Rd., Charlotte, NC 28210.
