Alma Huntley Lee

Alma was born September 6, 1930, and was the oldest of twelve children. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Jack Lee; her parents, Preston and Bonnie Huntley; and two brothers, Dewayne Huntley and Clyde Huntley.

Her family will receive friends from 3-4 pm on Sunday, August 28, 2011, at the Arlington Baptist Church in Mint Hill, NC, following by her funeral service. The Reverend Dr. Steve Gandy will officiate. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Surviving to cherish her memories are four children, Larry Lee, Charlotte, NC; Kevin (Lori) Lee, Decatur, IN; Eric (Joey) Lee and Caroline Lee Hobbs, Charlotte. She had seven grandchildren, Sarah, Charles, Carrie, Shannon, Sawyer, Alicia, and Brandon and one great-granddaughter, Payton. She also had nine brothers and sisters, Theron Huntley, Gladys McGee, Mildred McGee, Cletus Huntley, Enid Watkins, Janice Hill, Anne York, Carol Braswell, and Terry Huntley.
