Paula was born on April 8th, 1954, in Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from Maryvale High School and worked as a deputy clerk for the Bankruptcy Court. Her love for children drove her to start her own daycare and ended her career teaching the blind.
Paula was known for her unconditional love, kindness, beautiful smile, and love for animals. She was a proud member of Maryvale Neighborhood Watch, her love for her neighbors was known to all.
She is survived by her husband, Phil Newland, her children Stephanie Anderson, Stacey Rogus, Kristin Perales, & Phillip Newland, and her grandchildren Andrew Yost, Hailey Bustos, Makiah Perales, Thomas Anderson, Tatum Perales, Ryan Anderson, Brooklyn Perales, Dylan Anderson, & Jaxson Vega, and her great grandchildren London Bustos, Kohlston Yost, and Krew Yost. Also, survived by her siblings, Karen Sullivan, Ginger Hansen, and Chuck Vardaman. She was predeceased by her parents Charles and Betty Vardaman.
