David Paul Peters

David graduated from Newark High School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Rochester. He was married to Lillian Arielly on June 17, 1961 in Fairport, New York.

David had a successful career in the computer industry, working with companies including IBM, Xerox, Honeywell, and Motorola. Industry trends and his love for the West brought him and his family from New York to Arizona in 1977, where he lived in Paradise Valley until his retirement.

He was active in the Oakwood Homeowners Association, having been elected president of the board, and had a passion for family, golf, and spy thriller novels. He is survived by his wife Lillian, children Karen (Chris Thomas), Scott, and Glenn, grandchildren Jackson, Samuel and Benjamin Thomas, Hailey and Jacob Peters, and siblings Corinne Despos, Diane Peters, Michael Peters, and Kathleen Braham.
