Ralph Paul Zulli passed away peacefully at his Metaire home on November 3, 2021, at the age of 89, with his loving wife of 60 years by his side. Ralph was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 130, for the past 67 years. He served in the United States Air Force and worked for Fischbach and Moore Electrical Group, where he was involved in wiring iconic New Orleans landmarks.
Through his years, he has enjoyed fishing on Lake Pontchartrain, taking photographs for St. Bernard Parish Athletic leagues and repairing anything electronic. He was very generous and loved to do for others. He was very knowledgeable with modern technology and often posted witty comments and stories on social media.
Ralph was born on December 27, 1931 to the late John Zulli and Josephine Lampiasi Zulli. He was a native of New Orleans and a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish.
Ralph was preceded in death by brothers; Anthony Zulli and George Zulli and sister; Antonina Zulli Brown.
Ralph is survived by his wife; Ruth Blanchard Zulli, sister; Lucy Zulli Daigle, daughters; Tara Zulli Carollo and her husband Frank, Lisa Zulli Ripp and her husband Steven, grandchildren; Anthony Carollo, Christina Carollo, Gianni Carollo, Ryan Kildahl, Aaron Ripp, Sarah Ripp and Julia Ripp, as well as 6 great grandchildren.
Ralph was a loving husband, father, brother and paw paw, and will be greatly missed. Funeral Services will be private.
