Nicholas J. Tranchina Jr. passed away on August 26, 2022 at the age of 80. He was the loving husband of Linda F. Tranchina. Caring father to JoAnn Tucker; brother of Deborah Hagerty. He is preceded in death by his parents, Nicholas J. Tranchina Sr. and Peggy Tranchina; his brothers, Stanley Brunette and Timothy Brunette.
Nicholas was born on August 13, 1942 in New Orleans, LA and was a resident of St. Bernard Parish. He graduated from Nichols High School. Nicholas served in the Marines for several years and later work and retired from the United Post Office as a Postal Carrier. He was an animal advocate. His greatest joy was traveling and spending time with his loving wife. He will be greatly missed by us all.
