Jacqueline "Jackie" Mary McNab

Jacqueline “Jackie” Mary Jones McNab passed away at her home on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the age of 73. She was the cherished wife of Robert “Bob” McNab Sr. for 56 years. Loving mother of Robin McNab Pomes (Steve) and Robert “Robbie” McNab Jr. (Sandy). Daughter of the late Maynard and Lita Jones. Sister of Len Hadley and the late Beverly Senesebe. Proud grandmother of Rachel (Marco), Randi (Ryan), Kelsi, Johnathan, Mia, Gracie, Hannah, Jordan, Tabby, Chase and Dakota. Great grandmother of Marty, Jason, Hayden, Isabella and Jace. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Jackie was born in New Orleans, LA on February 21, 1943 and was a long time resident of St. Bernard Parish. She was a cosmetologist for many years and enjoyed working with people. Jackie loved to play cards, going to the casino, gardening and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Jackie will be forever remembered and deeply missed by all who knew her.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Thursday, April 7, 2016 from 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM. She will be laid to rest in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
