Robert Edelstein

After valiantly battling against numerous life-threatening illnesses in his later years, Robert Edelstein, our beloved father, passed away peacefully Sunday morning, November 3rd, 2013 at the age of 81.

Dad ("Bob," as he was known to relatives and friends), is survived by his five children: Larry, Marc, Lee, Enid, Randy and two grandchildren Joseph and Miren.

Our father had taught us all to be strong, resourceful, and fearlessly face our challenges regardless of how difficult they may be. He was a true "Iron Man", and the very definition of what a Dad should be.

Our family wishes to express their deepest gratitude for the prayers, thoughts and comfort from our many dear friends, to the countless doctors, nurses and aides who managed his medical care, and to all of who have been such an integral and supportive part of our lives these last few months.

Lastly, our sincerest and most heartfelt thanks goes to Good Shepherd Hospice and their wonderful staff, which brought the utmost comfort and compassion to our father and all of us in his final days.
