Tabitha Elliott Bauman, beloved mother and soulmate, unexpectedly passed away on Monday March 14, 2022. Tabitha was born Sarah Lucille Elliott in May of 1963 but later named herself Tabitha in May of 1986 to match her dynamic personality.
In December 1992 marrying her soulmate, Scott, she changed her name one last time. Adding Bauman as her last name was one of the happiest days of her life.
Tabitha died unexpectedly in Centennial, Colorado surrounded by her immediate family. She continues to live through her husband Scott Curtiss Bauman and her daughters Charlie Kathleen Bauman and Alexandra Zoë Bauman.
Her life was spent in the pursuit of knowledge. Going back to school many times allowed her to explore so many interests. The English language and linguistics being among her favorites.
Tabitha’s passion for writing followed her throughout her life. Creating new worlds and new characters allowed her to dream as wild as she could.
Her many stories demonstrated her wicked talent in writing stories that stayed with you.
Tabitha, in her forever thirst for knowledge, found Reiki later on in her life. As a Reiki Master, she Helped people to learn and practice Reiki as a passion and favorite thing to do. Helping people to find their truth was so incredibly important to her.
Tabitha leaves behind a beautiful family. Her father, Charles Burton Elliott. Her mother, Kathleen Mary Dowling. Her younger brother, Charles Elliott Jr. Her beloved family in law, Jerry Fredrick Bauman and Kathleen Curtiss Bauman. Her beloved puppies, Winnie and Doc filled out her immediate family.
There will not be a traditional funeral but a celebration of life to be determined at a later date.
Tabitha was fiercely loyal to her family. She was a creative soul that strived to learn and share her knowledge.
Her absence makes the world a little duller.
