Barbara Barr Pearce of Littleton CO passed away peacefully at the age of 96 surrounded by her children on April 24, 2021.
She is survived by her son Keith Pearce (Sandy), daughter Jeanice Pearce. Three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Leo Pearce, brother Thomas Wayne Ormond (Viola), sister Dorothy Doris Plybon (Russell) and parents Thomas Martin and Ida Lisle Ormond.
Barbara was a Colorado native who was born in the town of La Jara in the San Luis Valley on February 7th, 1925. After moving to Denver at the age of 19 she met and married Gordon on January 9th, 1948. She was an extraordinary homemaker and loving mother. She had a beautiful loving heart and always willing to help others.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday May 5th, 2021 at 10:30 at Olinger Chapel Hill in Centennial with a reception to will follow.
