On February 17, 2019, Stephen Michael Swisher passed from this life. He will be missed by his loving parents, Nancy Lacey and her husband, Robert and Michael Swisher and his wife, Bethany. He's also survived by his many uncles, aunts, cousins, and numerous friends.
His family will receive friends on Sunday, February 24, 2019 from 2-4pm. A funeral service will follow at 4pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be directed to National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Maryland Chapter, 28 East Ostend Street, Suite 303, Baltimore, MD 21230.
