Burton Lee Stedding

He loved his American Legion friends and was their champion shuffle boarder. Going to casinos was his favorite Sunday morning past time.

Our Mom, his wife of 52 years, Nancy Lee Stedding, passed on July 15, 2007. He is survived by us, his daughters, Deborah McQuade and Donna Byers, son-in-law Stephen Byers, grandson Chad Byers, his wife Jennifer Byers, and great grandsons Carson and Bennett Byers. We were blessed to call him Dad and our cousins, Barbara Hobbie, Sherry Krabitz, Denise Goins, Lester Curtian Jr, and Diana Scarfo, loved and revered him as well.

We all will miss him greatly but will never forget how much we were loved by him.

A visitation for Burton will be held Sunday, January 15, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Sterling-Ashton-Schwab-Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc., 1630 Edmondson Ave, Catonsville, MD 21228. A funeral service will occur Monday, January 16, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 1630 Edmondson Ave, Catonsville, MD 21228. A committal service will occur Monday, January 16, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at Lorraine Park Cemetery, 5608 Dogwood Road, Baltimore, MD 21207.
